Bodyfat Calculator Spreadsheet

The following spreadsheet is compliments of Chris Hillman <chris_hillman@yahoo.com> of the IronOnline mailing list.  Use it to estimate your bodyfat percentage.

Notes:

• All measurements are all in inches and pounds
• Abdomen (Men only) - Horizontal at the level of the nav
• Waist (Women only) - Horizontal, at the level of minimal abdominal width
• Hips (Women only) - Largest horizontal circumference around the hips
• Neck (Both) - Inferior to the larynx with the tapesloping slightly downward to the front
• Height (Both) - Without shoes
